Hi! My name is Dora Moore and I am a rising senior at Denison University. I’m majoring in Psychology with a concentration in neuroscience. After graduation, I hope to combine my interests in early development, clinical psychology, and neuroscience to work with infants and young children as a clinical psychologist.

Xiaoye “Michael” Wang

Summer Research Assistant

wang_x3@denison.edu

My name is Xiaoye Wang, but I go by “Michael”. I am a rising senior at Denison University, majoring in psychology with a minor in philosophy. I am interested in the ways cultural contexts affect how we perceive the world and develop. In fact, there are so many things we do not know about ourselves that I believe we can find some answers to them through interacting with infants and children!

Rebecca D. Rosenberg, Ph.D.

Director

rosenbergr@denison.edu

Dr. Rosenberg received her Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology from Harvard University in 2008, after which she completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Johns Hopkins University Department of Psychological and Brain Sciences. Her research focuses on the cognitive development of infants and toddlers, with an emphasis on the flexibility and limitations of their working memory capacity, and their early reasoning about physical objects and quantities. Dr. Rosenberg is pleased to announce the opening of Denison’s brand new Infant and Child Cognition Lab, and looks forward to working with local families from the Denison and greater-Granville communities.
